The HELIX monofilament is helically wound in a multistage twisting process, followed by an additional heat setting treatment. The twisting process provides increased string elasticity for excellent playability and lively hitting feel. The additional heat treatment stabilizes the polymeric properties of the tennis string for better control and higher tension maintenance.

The Kirschbaum SPIKY SHARK based on ten years of know how of the SUPER SMASH SPIKY with its diagonal surface structure. The new SPIKY SHARK is equipped with an octagonal profile parallel to the string. Using a specially developed technique we accomplish distinctive peaks for an optimum grip to the ball to ensure best slice and spin transfer (US patent 6,117,393).

SPIKY SHARK is available in 1,25 mm (17) and 1,30 mm (16) as 12m and 200m unit.
Selling of our new HYBRIX-series is running. This series uses Hybrid-technology to customize the string performance to the specific style of play by combining different string types. Our wide range of strings provides a large variety of combinations - the HYBRIX is a selection of the most favourite ones.
HYBRIX SPIN combines a durable monofilament string with patented SPIKY-profile (US patent 6,117,383) for best spin transfer along with best control (main) and a multifilament synthetic string for improved comfort and playability (cross). The choice in 1,25/1,25 mm is best for intense grip and highest power, though for higher demand combinations in 1,25/1,30 mm and 1,30/1,30 mm are available.
HYBRIX POWER uses a monofilament string made of the latest materials as main string with exciting features regarding power, control, spin transfer and tension maintenance. The multifilament type used as cross string homogenizes the string bed to provide additional power and extraordinary playability. Recreational as well as tournament players profit from an optimum mix that supports a powerful and feelingly style of play. We provide three combinations:
1,25/1,25 mm, 1,25/1,30 mm and 1,30/1,30 mm.
As specialist of manufacturing monofilament strings we created 2 new strings called PRO LINE No. I and
PRO LINE No. II. Both strings have their advantages in power, control, spin potential and tension keeping, but due to different mixtures and some additional materials both strings are unique in its features.
For the last 18 months we tested several versions under the name of "RED LABEL" by professional players in Italy. The results were phenomenal. But it took pretty long to finalize the 2 strings in all features to get them on the market.

The Kirschbaum TOUCH TURBO is the result of a long term working relationship between Kirschbaum engineers and world-class players. Kirschbaum's goal was to create a string that could provide both comfort and intense power. Therefore the latest technological advances and newly developed materials are utilized. The Kirschbaum SPIKY is a polyester string with unique, patented surface profile with a maximum grip for ultimate spin and slice potential. Already known from SUPER SMASH we offer also for SPIKY 7 individual diameter to fit the string to the player and racket. 1.500 high-grade polyamid-fibres are prestretched by using a special process and afterwards twisted to create the core of the Kirschbaum TOUCH MULTIFIBRE. This multifilament inner construction is responsible for the extraordinary playing qualities and is protected against abrasion by using a ball-biting PU-coating.
The Kirschbaum TOUCH MULTIFIBRE is made not only for the sensitive tournament player with smaller string demand, but also for the pretentious recreational player who asks for superior performances.
